dolmabahcepalaceistanbul.com is operated by Cityberry® Tourism Agency, a travel agency registered in Türkiye and a member of TÜRSAB (the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies), registered licence number 11745. Our registered location is Istanbul, Türkiye.
2. Nature of this site
This site is an editorial magazine about Dolmabahçe Palace and its waterfront quarter. It does not sell tickets or take payments. Ticket purchases referenced on this site are completed on our partner booking site, istanbuldolmabahcepalacetickets.com, under that site's own terms and cancellation policy.
3. Accuracy of information
We keep opening hours, entry rules and prices under regular review, but they are set by the attraction's operator and can change without notice — always check before you travel. The information on this site is provided in good faith as general visitor guidance, not as an official statement by the palace's operator (Türkiye's National Palaces).
4. Liability
We accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on information that has since changed — including visiting hours, prices, closures and entry rules — or from events outside our control at the attraction itself. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer-protection law.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and consumer arbitration boards of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
